Procedure

The Core Assessment process typically involves the following steps:

1. We administer our CAS in a manner that enables the majority of the organisation's managers and staff to complete and submit the form via the internet.
2. We sort and analyze survey results.
3. When necessary, we conduct interviews with respondents to clarify and/or explore their responses.
4. We feedback assessment results to senior management.

Senior management has the option of expanding the feedback workshop to include action planning.
